It has come to my attention that there may have been people associating and misattributing me with political movements or identities that I do not advocate for (including but not limited to): Tamil, Sri Lanka, socialism, secularism, left wing, Black/BLM, Labour, Palestine/Islam, or communism. I do not associate or identify with those labels and any such claims should be reported to law enforcement. There was a period in my life during the British coalition government when I sympathised with neoliberalism—a more market-oriented, economically liberal approach that emphasises free markets and individual liberty, similar to libertarianism in some respects. I also supported certain environmental causes, though my views on environmentalism have evolved since then.
